What is Ever New's Online Returns Policy?

For change of mind purchases, we can provide either an exchange, gift card or refund to your original payment method, provided that:

  • You return the item(s) to an Ever New store in Canada or to the Online store.
  • You return the item(s) within 14 days (inclusive) from the date of delivery.
  • You display your original emailed invoice when you return the item.
  • You return the item(s) in original, unworn and saleable condition with all original tags and labels attached and in any original packaging.

Please note, item(s) purchased on sale will only be exchanged for change of mind, unless the item(s) returned is faulty or not as ordered.

What is Ever New's In Store Returns Policy?

For change of mind purchases, we can provide either an exchange, gift card or refund to your original payment method, provided that:

  • You return the item(s) to an Ever New store in Canada.
  • You return the item(s) within 14 days (inclusive) from the date of purchase.
  • You display your original receipt when you return the item.
  • You return the item(s) in original, unworn and saleable condition with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note, item(s) purchased on sale will only be exchanged for change of mind, unless the item(s) returned is faulty.

Any items returned as part of a Spend and Save promotion will be exchanged at the paid discounted price or as the percentage price calculated by Ever New, not the original full price. Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Item(s) purchased at any Ever New store within Canada can only be returned at an Ever New store within Canada. 

 

Can I return a sale item(s)?

Yes, you can return a sale item and receive an exchange, gift card or store credit for the value of the item(s), provided that all additional conditions are adhered to.

 

What item(s) are non-returnable?

The items that are non-returnable are:

  • Cosmetics and Fragrances
  • Swimwear
  • Hosiery
  • Hats and Hair Accessories
  • Jewellery
  • Personal Use Items
  • Underwear and Undergarments

 

How do I return my item(s) to the Online store?

Please return your item(s) to the address stated below. You must include your original emailed invoice and packing slip. We do not accept bank statements as proof of purchase.

If you checked out as a guest, simply print off the Returns Request Form here, complete it and include in your return. If you checked out with an Ever New account, please complete the Returns Request Form, located in ‘My Account’, under ‘My Orders’ prior to returning the item(s) via post.

Do you cover return postage costs?

Return postage costs are at the customers’ expense, unless the item(s) is faulty or not as ordered. We encourage you to return your parcel via prepaid registered/traceable Canada postal services. All returned parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Ever New.

 

Have you received my return?

You will receive email confirmation when Ever New receives and processes your return.

 

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow up to 5 business days for a refund to be processed and a further two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

 

Can I return my item(s) purchased Online to an Ever New Store?

Yes, you can return your item(s) purchased online to an Ever New store in Canada. You will need to provide your original emailed invoice and packing slip as proof of purchase. If PayPal was your method of payment, your refund will be reimbursed to a credit card of your choice. We do not accept bank statements as proof of purchase.

 

Do you price adjust?

If you purchase a regular priced item(s) from the Ever New store or the Online store, and the item(s) is marked down to a sale price within 14 days (inclusive) you are eligible to receive a one-time store credit for the difference between the original purchase and the sale price. This store credit will be issued onto a Gift Card and can only be adjusted at an Ever New store in Canada. You can then use this Gift Card either at an Ever New store or our Online store.

Price adjustments are only permitted on:

  • Item(s) returned in compliance with the Ever New Return Policy and Conditions.
  • Regular priced items in Canadian Dollars ending in .99 cents.
  • Regular priced items in Canadian Dollars purchased with the exemptions of Provincial Sales Tax applied, ending in .49 cents.
  • Regular priced items that are the exact style code, colour and size as it appears on the Ever New invoice.
  • Regular priced items that are marked down to a sale price in Ever New stores in Canada.

Price adjustments are not permitted on:

  • Item(s) where there has been an advertising error or misprint
  • Item(s) in selected promotions (where stated in the terms and conditions)
  • Item(s) subject to special sale prices and/or offers (e.g. Black Friday promotions, Boxing Day promotions)
