She is known for building customer-led brands, driving sustainable growth, and leading organisations through transformation. Her leadership combines commercial rigour with creativity and clarity, with a strong focus on customer centricity and empowering high-performing teams. Carolyn is passionate about developing future leaders and fostering a culture of inclusivity and growth.

The founder and CEO of Ever New remains just as enthusiastic and engaged with the brand as he was in 2006 at its inception. His hands-on, approachable demeanour and commitment to refined style are valued by his teams worldwide.
