She is known for building customer-led brands, driving sustainable growth, and leading organisations through transformation. Her leadership combines commercial rigour with creativity and clarity, with a strong focus on customer centricity and empowering high-performing teams. Carolyn is passionate about developing future leaders and fostering a culture of inclusivity and growth.
