E-Gift Cards
You can purchase Ever New e-gift cards on this website in denominations of CAD $20, $30, $50, $75, $100, $150 and $200. E-gift cards can be redeemed on this website or at Ever New stores (excluding department store concessions) in Canada.
E-gift cards are sent via email and do not incur any delivery fees.
The purchase of e-gift cards are excluded from any sale or promotion.
In Store Gift Cards
You can purchase Ever New in-store gift cards in denominations of CAD $10 to $1000 in any of our Canadian stores. In-store gift cards purchased within Canada can be redeemed on this website or at Ever New stores in Canada. Please note that Ever New gift cards cannot be purchased or redeemed in any department stores or third party websites.
The purchase of in-store gift cards are excluded from any sale or promotion.
Gift Card Expiry Dates
Ever New gift cards do not expire. Virtual gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Allow 24 hours for card to be activated. Redeemable on merchandise (excluding gift card purchases) at Ever New stores in Canada or at evernew.ca. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, not refundable, not reloadable and is not a negotiable instrument. No change given. Unused balance will not be refunded after expiry. Card should be treated like cash. Lost, stolen or damaged cards will not be refunded or replaced. Ever New gift cards cannot be used on third party sites or stores that sell Ever New product.
Gift cards may only be used to make purchases up to the remaining card value. If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the remaining card value, you must pay the excess using another payment method. Once the remaining card credit value is completely used, destroy your card by cutting it in half diagonally. Gift cards cannot be reloaded.

To view your gift card balance, please select one of the following options:
• When purchasing online you can view your gift card balance at the checkout
• When logged into your My Account, you can check your gift card status and balance
• In store
